History
In her late twenties, London (CEO) was in a funk. She was overweight, her cholesterol was sky-high, her anxiety out of control, depression was setting in. She needed to change her life. As a lifelong dancer, dance was always her physical fitness and emotional outlet. Going to a gym felt foreign and quite frankly, boring. She wanted a class where someone told her what to do and gently encouraged her to keep moving. Once she found hot yoga and indoor cycling, she was hooked. The combination of the two, the yin and the yang, the zen and intensity, pulled her right out of that deep, dark depression. In late 2017, London moved from Richmond, VA to Roanoke, VA to be with her then-bf, now-husband, Aaron. She was super bummed to find out Roanoke didn't have either a hot yoga studio or indoor cycling studio. So at the encouragement of Aaron, she decided to create her own...exactly how she wanted it.
