History
Since 1995, Certified Training Academy has been authorized by DCJS to deliver training to central station dispatchers, electronic security sales representatives, technicians and technician's assistants, both entry-level and in-service. HPi Certified Training Academy Inc. opened it's doors in November of 2020 and has been continually growing our service offerings! Additionally, we just earned accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.

HPi Certified Training Academy, Inc., is a Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) certified training school. Our academy is located in Chesterfield county, conveniently located near Richmond, Virginia. We are the premier training location in the Central Virginia region for concealed carry classes (also a gun safety class), firearms training (handgun, rifle and shotgun), security, self-defense and situational awareness. We also offer private instruction which can be customized to your skill level and goals! Our company is also proud to house the largest panel of NRA-certified instructors in central Virginia with over 150 years of combined industry experience.
