History
Dr. Leah Knode started House Paws In-Home Veterinary Care in 1994 after recognizing that many pets, cats especially, are much calmer and easier to evaluate and treat when they are in their home environment. Her goal was to provide an in-home veterinary alternative for pets and their owners who stress when going to the vet. At House Paws, we focus on prevention and early detection of common pet diseases and conditions by following a proactive and practical wellness-based approach to veterinary medicine. The mission of House Paws for the past 20 years has been to provide pet owners with comprehensive information and help guide them making the most well-informed choices about the care of furry family members. The primary focus in not only just care for your pet when they are sick but providing wellness solutions to help keep your pet happy and healthy for a lifetime.
