I am located in Embrey Mill in Stafford County. The school is currently based in my garage, with the eventual goal of moving my school to a commercial location.

Specialties

We are a self defense school, and I teach the following arts. JKD- Bruce Lees art which combines wing Chung, western boxing, and fencing footwork Muay Thai- Thailands martial art which uses elbows, knees and kicks. Kali/Escrima- Filipino Martial art focusing on weapons training. Silat- Indonesian Martial art that is a loose grappling system and also can be used for multiple attackers.
