Ken was great and ordered my new clubs got them in a week! I also spoke to one of the manufacturers' reps and he said Ken is the best in the area. I agree!

Customer Service is terrible! The fitting was great but can't get the clubs, can't get a return phone call. The clubs never got ordered twice now.
