About CCEVA Founded to foster the development of wholesome family life in the community, Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia provides counseling for individuals and families under stress, and offers programs of education and prevention for strengthening family life. With eight offices throughout the Hampton Roads area, we provide caring services to all people of all faiths. Our annual revenue is generated through fees for services, grants, fundraising, individual and corporate gifts, memorials, bequests and the United Ways of South Hampton Roads, the Virginia Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg.
