FGi Executive Search is a management consultancy and executive search firm based in McLean. It serves commercial, corporate and governmental clients in the Metro-D.C. area. Its previous clients have included General Electric, Fugistsu, COMSTAT, Amtrak, American Airlines and various federal agencies. Its services also extend to executive coaching and facilitation of workplace solutions, including in situations of integration from mergers and acquisitions. FGi was founded by Fred Gloss.
