Defense Commissary Agency, with headquarters at Fort Lee, Va., operates a worldwide chain of commissaries providing groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families. The agency contracts for resale grocery products and resale services sold in the commissaries. It also offers online gift certificates and a shopping list based on items that commissary sells.
