Dance Trance is a dance fitness program that uses choreographed routines to popular radio play songs to give you an amazing work-out! Our routines are influenced by a wide variety of dance styles - ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, hip hop and Latin - to give you a unique dance fitness experience.
