I'm giving this place 2 stars because of the customer service. I came on a Friday for an appointment since they said 530 is their last tour, got there at 530 and they had already closed the door....

Brookfield apartment is the worst property ever and I would not ever recommend any to move in there. I lived there for 9 years and saw the highs and lows of the place. The management is horrible...

Got serious maintenance issue here.nothing ever get fixed same week or month worst apt. Complex I have ever lived in . Just beware please. Do your homework.

Been living here 6 yrs it used to be beautiful but it has gone down tremendously I had no bugs now I have roaches an rats!! They found one dead in bldg hallway today an 4 in my apts since nov.so...
