Life can be overwhelming and difficult because of fear, depression, stress or a host of other problems. Studying oneself utilizing a process where a trained therapist is involved and can be profitable to the point of changing things permanently. Happiness certainly has to be one of life's biggest concerns. This is readily found when a person feels whole within themselves and at peace. Being a calm, at-ease person is quite possible when certain issues are put to rest. I can help people in many areas such as depression, anxiety, sexual and chemical addictions, violent tendencies, and personal growth. I see a variety of people from young children to the elderly. I do not believe there is one way to help someone, but each person requires their own special therapy. I have been educated and have experience in numerous approaches. I have been trained in or have studied: cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotional base therapy, psychoanalysis, addictions, existentialism, Christian and Eastern religions, brain oriented therapy, meditation and mindfulness, forensics, constructivism and other areas.
