Breaks Interstate Park is one of two interstate parks in America and includes more than 4,500 acres of woodland. The park offers hiking, bike and driving trails, picnic and recreation areas, a lake with pedal boats, swimming pool, horseback riding, and an amphitheater. It also has a conference center, restaurant, gift shop and visitor's center. The park offers a rustic lodge, cottages and a large campground for extended visits. The restaurant at the park offers fine dining, and features a dining room and a banquet room for meetings. Breaks Interstate Park offers a variety of water sports to its visitors, including boat dock, fishing, and white-water rafting. It is home of the deepest gorge east of the Mississippi River, as well as the Pow Wow Cave. The park is located in Breaks, Va.
