HistoryCody & Bj are a married couple and a blended family of 7. We started our business while our 5 kids were in Elementary School. We wanted to create interactive music shows that were fun AND had positive messages and lyrics about animlals, caring for the Earth and loving each other. Cody writes all our songs and Cody & Bj sing them live. Kids in the audience become stars by volunteering to be in the band, or a singing leader, surfer, dancer etc. It's a lively, kid/family friendly rock and roll show for kids. Our goal has always been to let kids be themselves while giving them the opportunity to perform which increases their confidence and love of music. What they don't know is we are also teaching and re-enforcing good manners, self-discipline, followng directions, working as a team, how to act during a performance (clap when your friends are done, listen while someone is talking, etc) all while having a great time! We travel from Richmond to Baltimore year round.SpecialtiesCody & Bj Productions provides live, energetic, inter-active music shows for kids 2 through 10 years old and families of all ages. Original music with lyrics that empower and encourage youth to love animals, respect the Earth and care about each other. Educational songs as well as songs for fun. Lively, 45 minute shows get everyone up and moving. The kids become the stars by volunteering to be band members, singing leaders, kazoo players, surfers, etc.
