History
We took over a space that had been a waffle house for many years. Started work in November of 2010 to transform what had once been a typical breakfast place into a warm and inviting space. We finally opened our doors on February 4th, 2011. Since then we have been greeted warmly by the people of Suffolk . We have had many friends from our previous restaurant come by to visit, which is always a welcome surprise.
Specialties
We specialize in simple Italian food, made with the best and freshest ingredients possible. Our dough is made fresh every day and allowed to rest and develop great flavor. We hand toss our dough and top our pizzas with our own recipe for the best tomato sauce you have ever tasted, no canned flavor here. We make our own bread for subs that are out of this world. Nothing smells as wonderful as fresh bread baking in the oven. If you happen to be in our restaurant as the bread is baking, you will know what I mean. Many a costumer asked if they could have a roll that just came out of the oven. We are happy to oblige. Let's not forget our great Italian dinners. The classics that everyone is familiar with,lasagna, spaghetti, manicotti, cannelloni, veal and chicken parmigiana. Most made in house using simple ingredients.
