Access Eye Center's Laser Center is the region's only dedicated laser center. The state of the art laser center is located next to Access Eye Center's Plank Road office in Spotsylvania. Dr. Arash Mansouri is the Medical and Surgical Director of Access Eye Centers. Here at this location he performs reflective surgeries using LASIK technologies.
