The Mountain Creamery is a family-owned-and-operated business. Boris and Sheila Pilsmaker opened the business 30 years ago and still own the establishment to this day. In recent years, their son Ben has stepped in and manages the restaurant and farm alongside his father Boris.

Welcome to Mountain Creamery, a family-owned-and-operated eatery creating strong farm-to-table connections through locally sourced, from-scratch breakfast, lunch, and ice cream favorites since 1987. Boris and Sheila Pilsmaker opened the business 30 years ago to share a unique Vermont experience with their guests, and they've owned this special place ever since. Today, with help from son Ben, the Pilsmakers prepare and serve from-scratch baked goods, small-batch homemade ice cream, and delicious country breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Their wish is that everyone who visits for a meal -- local and tourist alike -- feels warmly welcomed and right at home.
