History
Established in 1983, KidsPLAYce is an innovative early childhood discovery center, located in the heart of downtown Brattleboro. Serving as a destination for children and families, local area family services organizations, childcare providers and visitors; we offer a space for children, through 8 years of age, and their families to learn, play and grow together in a supportive, safe and healthy community environment. KidsPLAYce was built through the dedication and dreaming of families over 30 years ago and continues to grow with each new generation. We want to thank the founders of KidsPLAYce, every volunteer, each alumni-child and parent and the Brattleboro community for creating, serving and supporting KidsPLAYce.
Specialties
KidsPLAYce is an indoor children's discovery center located in the heart of Brattleboro, Vermont. Inside is a magical play-space filled with a life-sized boat, castle, two-story town house, train, building blocks, crafts, art, music, mazes, and more. Each of these wonderful story-book structures was hand built by Vermont artisans and craftsman. We also provide a fun space to have a picnic lunch for families.
