The property consists of 30 acres situated in a mature and level pine plantation above the shores of beautiful Stoughton Pond. Come enjoy the new "Crown Point Lagoon" a .75 acre swimming pond with 300' of white sandy beach. We are located 10 miles off I-91 Exits 7 or 8.
