Since its founding in 1954, BDCC has been at the hub of economic progress in Southeastern Vermont. We have successfully worked for local business growth and expansion, as well as attracting new businesses to the region. Our primary objective is to create and retain a flourishing business community that supports vibrant fiscal activity and improves the quality of life of all its residents. BDCC has played a pivotal role over the past five decades in creating more than 10, 000 new regional jobs in service and industrial trades combined. We are happy to assist start-up companies, growing companies, and global businesses alike, in order to support continued success stories in the greater Windham County region of Southeastern Vermont. BDCC is the owner and manager of the Cotton Mill industrial park/incubator just south of downtown Brattleboro, the new Business Park at the former Book Press building on Putney Road in North Brattleboro, and the Act 250-approved Exit One Industrial Park off Interstate 91. We are able to offer low-cost viable rental space as well as developmental acreage. To read more about BDCC's history, download a PDF of our Special 50th anniversary publication ( 1.4MB PDF ).
