Based in Provo, Utah, Willow Creek School is a 70-plus bed residential treatment facility that serves young men and women from 14 to 17 years of age. It is recognized by the Utah State Office of education and serves students in grades seven through 12. The school offers various courses in subject areas, such as art, English, science, mathematics, health education, social studies, foreign languages, computer science and business education. Its career planning program helps students to recognize and identify their academic and career interests, aptitudes and aspirations. The school also provides several recreational activities, including hiking, rock climbing, boating, camping, skiing, wakeboarding, paintball and gardening. It is approved by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and is licensed by the Utah Department of Human Services as a residential treatment center.
