History

The bakery in the Payson Historic Downtown has been a staple for the community for years. Everybody remembers Roe's Bakery. The location then became a restaurant and sat vacant for some time. Sugar Ridge Bakery and Soups is now serving from this beautiful historic building.

This is now Segovia Bakery (used to be Sugar Ridge). It has an amazing collection of pastries and breads. Que rico!
