Gail Bevans knew all about customer service. She had been a flight attendant for 29 years for Pan American and United Airlines. But in 1992 she decided it was time to secure a stable business where she could work with her six children. Josh, the eldest child, worked hand in hand with his mother to make this dream a reality. As a volunteer for several community organizations, Gail had spent quite a bit of time printing and copying. She saw a need for a local copy business that could assist customers individually, where employees would work one-on-one with customers.
