Mr. Peterson is an Owner and General Partner of Millrock Park in Holladay, Utah. Together with his Millrock Team, Mr. Peterson just completed the last building of one of the most successful Class A Office projects in Utah. Mr. Peterson has successfully developed residential and commercial properties within the Salt Lake Valley over the last 20 years, with expertise that is specialized in entitling many of these properties. Mr. Peterson is currently evaluating, reviewing and seeking the acquisition of additional existing class A office space in the Western US. Millrock is looking to add 5 million square feet of class A Office space over the next 5 years, under its ownership and management. Mr. Ricks is an Owner and General Partner of Millrock Park in Holladay, Utah. Together with his Millrock Team, Mr. Ricks just completed the last building of one of the most successful Class A Office projects in Utah. Mr. Ricks is also an Owner and Partner of Canyon Park, the former Novell business park. Canyon Park is one of the largest multi-tenant office parks in the West, with 1, 000, 000 sq. ft. of property under management and a Owner and Partner of Thanksgiving Park a masterplaned 750, 000 sq ft class "A" Office Park located in Lehi Utah. Mr. Ricks has participated in the development of residential and commercial properties, including the Ranches at Eagle Mountain as well as a 358-unit development in Las Vegas. Mr. Alexander has accumulated over 30 years experience as a Building Engineer and Facility Manager while working in military, commercial, medical, and public sectors. His education includes a degree in Facilities Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and a degree in Mechanical Plant Technology from Empire State College in Plattsburgh, New York. He is a member of the International Facility Management Association ( IFMA ). Mr. Alexander has achieved IFMA's Certified Facility Manager ( CFM ) credential, a certification and comprehensive exam process, which ensures the competence, knowledge and abilities of practicing facility managers through work experience, training and education. Since the program began in 1992, more than 3100 facility managers from 32 countries have achieved this prestigious recognition. Mr. Alexander is also a member of the US Green Building Council ( USGBC ), Utah Chapter, and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional ( LEED AP ). This accreditation requires complete knowledge and understanding of green building practices and is the mark of the most qualified, educated, and influential green building professionals in the marketplace. Millrock Park is a 22 acre campus, consisting of 490, 000 sq ft of master planned class A+ office space in the suburbs of Salt Lake City.
