About Alliance The founders of Alliance began the Company in 2002 because of their belief in the Hospice philosophy. Alliance was created to serve the people, to bring dignity, love and care to those who can't serve themselves. This is the same philosophy that has carried over into the Home Health and Home Assist portion of the business. Many of our employees have had a hospice or home health experience with loved ones which makes them uniquely qualified to care for others not only because of their professional qualifications.
