The Golden Spike Event Center is a multiuse facility that spans more than 150 outdoor acres and over 149,000 square feet of indoor space. Its facilities include exhibit halls, indoor arenas, more than 3909 permanent-covered stalls, soccer fields, and basketball and volleyball courts. The center also maintains a championship equestrian cross-country course, covered picnic pavilion and outdoor stadium. The Golden Spike Event Center hosts a variety of events that include the Utah State 4A-5A Wrestling Championships, Harmon's Food Festivals, and Standard Examiner Home and Garden Show. It also hosts Scout-O-Rama, tumbling competitions, karate tournaments, and guns, antique, toy and craft shows. The center has hosted various national and local events, including Harley-Davidson Owner's Group (H.O.G.7) Hub Rally, Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) convention, and World Cutter and Chariot Championships. The Golden Spike Event Center is a horse facility and competitive convention and exhibit facility.
