A hand stretched, thin crust, New York Style Pizza place. We make all our food from scratch. We start with local flour from Lehi Roller Mills, cheese and cream from Rosehill Dairy in Ogden, and our sausage is made in Tooele and cooked here. All of our vegetables are fit by hand and cooked before they go on your pizza. Because caramelized onions, roasted peppers and sauteed mushrooms just taste better. We make our tomato sauce in house, with tomatoes from a single county in California. Stanislaus County grows the finest tomatoes in the country, and they are picked ripe and canned with in six hours, to guarantee the best flavor. We may have a silly name, but we are serious about pizza.
