There are times when it might make more sense for you to go to another lender and I will be the first to tell you that. I've had several people over the years that I have turned away because I knew it was better for them to go elsewhere. Generally, that is not the case, but I want people to know I have their best interest in mind always. There are also times when loans get a little hard. I will tell you the truth about what is going on and why. I value your trust and I want you to know that it matters to me. 3) FUN: I will make your loan experience as FUN as I can. My Loans Can Be Fun program consists of gifts throughout the loan process to make this experience memorable.
