Piss poor. My mother took an old Schwinn in to get tubes, tires, updated a bit. Nope, told to buy tubes off eBay and the attitude was don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out, service...

Unbelievably poor service. I took my bike in to have tire done. Paid for annual bike service which includes washing/polishing frame & cleaning chain & the pictures will show that it was not done
