Salt Lake City Parks Division
Salt Lake City Parks Department maintains more than 120 individual parks, over 50 municipal playgrounds, and nearly 1,900 acres of developed and undeveloped lands. The department is a division of the Department of Public Services and provides a variety of facilities. Its parks offers a wide variety of facilities, such as playgrounds, tennis courts, jogging tracks, picnic tables, drinking fountains, benches, ball fields, swimming pools, monuments, walkways, restrooms, flower beds, boweries, a pro shop and gazebo. Additionally, it provides online parks and bowery reservation facilities. The department also provides rental of recreation kits for picnics that include soft balls, bats, volleyball net, horseshoes, footballs, and soccer balls. The parks department is located in Salt Lake City.
