Took both a deer and an elk here a couple weeks ago. Very friendly and went through all the options for cuts and jerky and stuff. End product was well wrapped and I will be using again in the future.

Took a bull elk here about 300lbs of meat ended up with about 75lbs back said that's what happens when you trim it this guy either sucks at butchering or keeps meat for himself.
