Wiatrek's Meat Market celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2016. We continue to provide quality beef, pork and chicken products to our customers across south and central Texas. Started by 3 brothers and a brother in law, Wiatrek's was then purchased by the Ray family. Tom Ray is the owner and Carter Ray is business/store manager. Both strive to provide top quality, local beef to customers at a fair price.
