History
We opened in February 2019 as the first (and currently, only) brewery in Wise County, Texas. The head brewmaster has been at it for 20+ years and has some tried and true recipes, but still loves to collaborate and take recommendations.
Specialties
We are a nanobrewery specializing in our our own small batch, craft beers--everything from IPAs to Belgian Tripels. As a bonus, we also have a menu consisting of authentic Italian style pizzas cooked at around 800 degrees in our Cuppone Giotto pizza oven, in addition to a selection of starters and salads, most of which are gluten free. We feature a cauliflower crust that is also GF and vegetarian (we've even had a few vegans give it their seal of approval).
