Since we specialize in claims processing, we are informed of changes occurring in the insurance industry immediately and update our software regularly to ensure that we can provide you with the most efficient service available to maximize your insurance reimbursement. We keep current on specific knowledge of claim filing requirements concerning mental health claims, ST, OT, and PT services, third party administrators, authorization requirements and benefit limitations, as well as provider's rights under the mental health parity act and Texas House Bill 610 for timely payment by insurance companies. We offer credentialing services to assist you in becoming an in-network provider with all the major insurance carriers. We will complete and submit the network applications for you. After submission, we will follow up on the applications regularly and track their progress for you, handling any requests for additional records, corrections and/or documentation. The credentialing process generally takes 90 to 180 days for most companies to contract with you as an in-network provider.
