History

Uncle Chops Smokehouse Burgers is the first food trailer that will be part of our eventual beer garden/ food park concept in Weslaco. We are in the process of constructing a great place for our hometown that will bring our community together with a great dining experience.

Specialties

100% house ground brisket blend smoked to perfection and finished on the griddle. All burgers served with our signature rustic fries and sriracha aioli.
