About FITCOREGail Gould, M.Ed., FITCOREEmergency Response Training ProgramsGail Goulds passions for wellness and the stage were the impetus, in 1989, for the founding of FITCORE which has provided effective, hands-on CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Basic First Aid, and Emergency Response training to thousands of people in many of Houstons major corporations, public and private schools, and medical/dental offices for more than 30 years. FITCORES American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Training Center trains approximately 2500 per year.FITCORE clients include several Fortune 500 oil and gas companies such as Bechtel, Sysco Foods, BP, Quanta Services, Baker Hughes, Sasol, and Reliant Energy; also Social Security Administration, U.S. Geological Services, and Texas Childrens Pediatric Associates. FITCORE client schools include Duchesne Academy, Post Oak School, First Steps Montessori, Congregation Beth Israel, Westminster Weekday, T.H. Rogers, River Oaks Elementary, Bethany Christian, Hunters Creek Elementary, and many moreIn addition to her CPR training, Gail Gould and FITCORE have worked with Kelsey-Seybold Clinics for 10 years facilitating health promotion services to groups such as HL&P, Union Pacific Railroad, and BP. Gould has managed wellness programs for groups such as Marathon Oil and has worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas for the last 11 years organizing the wellness fair for the City of Houston.Gould is a member of the Southwest Community Subcommittee of The American Heart Association (AHA) and holds a Master of Education in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of Houston.
