We opened our doors in June of 2019 and have been actively growing our fitness community ever since. At The Shed Strength and Performance, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training. Our staff members at The Shed Strength and Performance are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Specialties
At The Shed, we offer group fitness classes, private coaching, and nutrition and lifestyle programs - all while thriving in a fun but disciplined atmosphere. On schedule: Crossfit classes: Mon-Fri 5:00am & 6:00am, 5:00pm & 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am Yoga: Tues/Thurs 7:00pm, Sunday 8:00am Powerlifting: check website Strongman: Saturday 10:00am We also have an in-house chiropractor & nutritional programing. More classes on the schedule as our fitness family grows. We offer a 6 week challenge for people looking to get back into shape, and take their health and wellness back into their own hands: - You have to want life change. - We offer guidance developing new habits, unlimited group classes, a custom nutrition plan, plus weekly progress check-ins. - You will have a dedicated coach there with you every step of the way. - Positive results are guaranteed, but also completely depend on your consistency and discipline. - The program is $499, or can be put as a deposit on a year membership (and your first 6 weeks are 100%).
