Ed Moore started this business in order to do the work he enjoys: providing top notch engineering services directly to Clients in a professional and friendly way. Now the company employs a staff of engineers and surveyors dedicated to excellent service. The company also is based on helping the public by providing the streets, drainage and utilities that everyone uses. We are proud to provide this service, and we enjoy seeing people every day, driving down streets we have designed and using the utilities that first came to life on our drawing boards.
