History
Although this business is brand new, the experience started in 1999 at the age of 14 for Daniel Myers. Daniel started doing odd jobs for all of the neighbors and eventually got a job with a neighbor that did small home repair projects. Over the years Daniel has worked in new residential construction, residential remodeling and additions, commercial construction and even industrial maintenance. The DFW Handyman has the first hand experience in building and repairing anything in your home from the ground up. From foundation and finished concrete to stone walkways, framing, siding, sheetrock and paint, cabinet and trim installations, to wood and tile flooring to roofing. He's done it all. There are 3 things that the State of Texas DOES NOT allow a handyman. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work MUST be done by a licensed professional. Luckily, The DFW Handyman has a phone book full of trusted, licensed, professional contractors to tackle the things that a handyman legally cannot.
Specialties
The DFW Handyman specializes in small to medium size repairs and home improvement projects. Generally speaking, anything from a one hour job to a one-room remodel is exactly where The DFW Handyman loves to work for clients. While repairs and maintenance are a necessary part of home ownership and a huge part of the business, the opportunity to renovate, uniquely update and improve upon an existing space is where The DFW Handyman's real passion lies.
