This is one of the many flat ends on my top/front layer that make these highlights look old and fake.

All of these pictures are taken the day after, but it looks absolutely horrific. I hate this, I can't pull back my hair.

Before and after. I was so excited to go in and get this done, but left incredibly disappointed.
