We offer a variety of group fitness classes for all fitness levels. All classes, including bootcamp, are included with membership. Non-members can drop-in for $7 per class. We are also proud to offer Polar heart rate monitoring during personal training and group fitness classes. We offer free assessments to anyone who walks through our front door. Yes, that's right! Before you even join our gym as a member, you can receive a free 30-45 minute assessment including movement screening, fitness testing, BMR calculation and a suggested plan of action to meet your goals. Whether you are interested in participating in classes only, your own personal workouts, personal training or a combination of programs, assessments allow you to understand your body and your unique needs in order to reach your goals. Brannon and Jamie are dedicated to helping you reach your goals with personal training. TexFit offers affordable training packages for any budget, and a variety of options. Clients can train for 30 or 60 minute sessions. We also provide flexibility for busy schedules because we know how difficult managing work, family and gym time can be. One of our specialities at TexFit is Trigger Point Therapy using tools to address chronic pain and muscular imbalances. Often times, people will target the site of pain when trying to self-treat a condition. The body must be evaluated as an integrated unit and treatment can then be provided. We address the entire body and combine Trigger Point Therapy with corrective exercise to help the body heal, move with more ease and function optimally. We believe nutrition is the foundation for total body wellness. We have witness so many people (over the years) join gyms and begin exercising, only to neglect the importance of nutrition. Understanding your individual caloric needs and which diet style will work best for you is vital to success. Every individual is unique based on goals, lifestyle, past relationships with food, activity level, etc. We provide nutrition counseling for free to all of our members requesting it.
