I started Team Twenty4 Fitness when I realized I had a passion for the fitness industry through my own personal experience of working with a personal trainer. I wanted to help people change their lives, just like my trainer helped to change mine.

. As a personal trainer, I instruct my clients on proper exercise techniques, either in a personal or small group setting. I design custom programs that include a complete, personalized nutritional plan and analyze progress in body weight, muscle development and weight training. I am motivated by the satisfaction of seeing my clients transform into healthier and happier people through hard work and dedication.
