Everyone was very nice and the place was really clean. My issue was that the pho wasn't flavorful at all. The only "taste" was the bland noodles. I will try here again, but not the pho.

we ordered through uber eats today for dinner - got a tofu vegetarian banh mi, pork banh mi, thai tea with grass jelly, and garlic parmesan wings. the banh mi bread 1/5.... so bad! the bread...
