HistoryBefore creating STRONG Response, Renee Albracht spent 15 years working with the Office of Campus Security at Belmont University. Her areas of responsibility included investigations, training, and crime prevention. The crime prevention programs Renee developed range in topic from basic crime prevention safety tips to a twelve hour women's self-defense course (R.A.D. Rape Aggression Defense). Renee took the foundations of R.A.D. and built programs around the needs of those in her on-campus and off-campus communities, including local schools, churches, police departments, and women's shelters. She has taught sessions for men and women. She tailored trainings and simulations to meet the needs of her students, whether it be for an 11-year-old or a 90-year-old. After taking on the role of CPR, First Aid, and Safety instructor in 2013, Renee is as dedicated to making sure each student leaves feeling as motivated and empowered as they do after taking her self-defense course.SpecialtiesStrong Response offers affordable education and training options in basic self-defense, CPR, and First Aid.
