History
Today, with over 13 years of experience in the industry, my goal is to share my love of lifting with other women and not only build strong bodies, but to develop a mental resolve that transfers to every day life, AKA grit, as well as confidence and self-efficacy.
Specialties
I work almost exclusively with women who have general health and fitness goals, but have worked with a variety of clients over the past 13 years. MYTH BUSTER: You need not be fit to commit. The whole point of hiring a trainer is to help meet you where you are, while guiding and support your goals with accountability, education and motivation!
