Company does not answer phone. Tracking system never has information on package. Paid for faster shipping and promised 12 days, but 14 days later it has not arrived and see comments above.

They lost my package (which worth ~400 dollars) and refuse to pay a full refund. I negotiated with them for more than a month, which is so ridiculous , time consuming and tiring. I finally gave up...
