History

Our President, Harry Koster, PT, Cert. MDT, opened the first Spine & Rehab Specialists facility in 1994 specializing in the treatment of back and neck pain. Since then we have expanded to two clinics with specializations in a variety of orthopedic concerns, including balance & vestibular problems, sport injuries, aquatic therapy, and concussion management. Harry's passion has been and is treating patients that have difficult back and neck injuries in order to return them to a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Border Therapy Services

BTS offers the services of a Certified Manual Physical Therapist who is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and a Certified Orthopedic Specialist who is recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy. Additionally, we have five physical therapists with doctoral degrees, and one neurological rehabilitation therapist who is specifically trained and certified in the treatment of stroke, brain injury & Parkinson's Disease.
