History
This building was originally Sach's on the Avenue and in the mid to late 80's became Sironia named after the epic 1700 page novel Sironia, Texas written by Madison Cooper, which is a thinly veiled version of Waco, the authors hometown. Sironia was one of the the first of its kind in this area, certain areas of the store are rented out to local small businesses centered around a 100 seat restaurant with a central check out.

Sironia is more than delicious made fresh daily foods and desserts. It's a place where friends can meet to catch up, have some lunch in the cafe and do some shopping.
