Our spaces are 30 Wide & 60 long. $625 includes everything in Phase 1 Water, Light, Internet, & Cable. $525 - 6 months or more in Phase 2 Electricity, Water, Internet, (Light not included). Weekly - $250 with everything included Nightly. - $49 with everything included **We do accept Tiny Homes & Park Models** Requirements: - The trailer must be 2012 or newer. - No more 3 kids We currently have a waitlist for Phase 2 that includes new amenities, a trail, dog park, and many more coming soon!
