RV Outlet Mall was founded in 1994 by Jim & Deborah Pennington. They were RV enthusiasts at the time, and were tired of traveling but wanted to share the joys of the road with others. After purchasing an RV for their personal use in 1992, a dealer invited the two to assist with an upcoming RV show.
