Just look at the DAMAGE they did to our once gorgeous RUGS.

After almost 3 months, this is how my rugs were returned - unannounced, in the middle of the night.

Our rugs were GORGEOUS before sending them off to this company and when 4/6 came back, they were DAMAGED and 2 were LOST!
